Our approach to sustainability and ESG
Helping people succeed has been at the heart of Pepper Money since we began.
We focus on the areas where we can make the biggest difference for our customers, employees, communities and stakeholders. It helps guide how we manage risk, make decisions and deliver positive outcomes through our products, services and operations.
Through regular engagement with customers, employees, investors, brokers, introducers and community partners, we've identified five priority areas that are most relevant to our business and where we believe we can make the greatest impact.
Together, these priorities help us deliver on our purpose of helping people succeed while creating long-term value for our stakeholders.
Responsible lending and industry standards
Responsible lending is fundamental to how we do business. As the first non-bank lender approved and accredited as a member of AFIA Finance Industry Code of Practice, Pepper Money is committed to promoting transparency, accountability and fair customer outcomes across the communities we serve.

Helping customers succeed is central to our sustainability approach.
We are committed to providing lending solutions that are designed to meet our customers' needs while reflecting responsible lending principles. We want customers to feel informed, supported and confident throughout their lending journey.
Supporting customer wellbeing means more than providing finance. It means helping customers navigate important financial decisions, access support when they need it, and build confidence throughout their lending journey.

We believe stronger communities create stronger futures.
